Meiko established COSTA BLUE, INC. in Japan, 2008, as a publishing company of magazines. After having dedicated herself to media as a professional writer and an editor in chief of several surfing and lifestyle magazines, she founded the English language school PHONICS GARDEN in 2016. She is passionate about helping people connect to the world. Meiko also has been passionately discovering teaching-pronunciation methods in English and Japanese at her language schools based in Japan and Hawaii.

Rio was born in Tokyo, Japan. After graduating from Waseda University, he began building a career that bridges wellness, food, and global communication.
He is a yoga instructor (E-RYT500) and the founder of Rio Yoga, where he integrates human science, neuroscience, and sports science into modern yoga education. Through his teaching, he helps people reconnect with their bodies, breath, and the deeper choices that shape their lives.
Rio is also the Executive Chef of ALO Café Hawaii and works in marketing for Biz Hawaii, bringing together creativity, lifestyle, and business across cultures.
He is passionate about exploring the intersection of movement, health, philosophy, and daily life, and about helping people rediscover the possibility of change at any stage of life.
